Do you like Tiramisu? Well if you do then head on to The Tiramisu Hero at Tyrwhitt Road in Jalan Basar area. Situated in one of the quaint shop houses near Jalan Besar Stadium, this cafe has transformed the old vibe of a shop house into a modernized trendy cafe in this less chaotic neighborhood. When you reach this place, you will be welcomed with an eye-catching fake green lawn. Yes it is fake but still they managed to make it look like a cool veranda for their customers who prefer to be seated outside.

Inside the cafe, a black and white graffiti of cats painted on the walls with ladders hanging from the ceiling will greet once you entered. The cafe gets a little bit crowded during lunch time but it does not get full always so you are certain to be seated when you get here. The whole interior of the cafe makes you feel like you are in a preschool class. The service, apparently, is quite good too and food was served fast.

I had to the try their original flavored tiramisu on a mason jar. They call it Mommahero and it comes in greedy and greedier sizes. One greedier jar costs $7.50. And it's probably the most tasting and uniquely served tiramisu I ever had in Singapore.

Aside from their ubiquitously displayed jars of tiramisu, they also serve snackers and main course. I tried their vegetarian pizza and its great tasting too. They serve pizza comes in 3 in every order. Each round slice is about the size of your palm. Good enough for 1 person at the costs of $9.10.

And again, their toilet is wonderfully decorated, clean and well-sanitized. And I am thankful for that. Nothing beats a restaurant with clean toilet. Haha.
